RESOLUTION #  __4____ OF 2025             

A RESOLUTION OF THE BOROUGHOF BOLIVAR, COUNTY OF WESTMORELAND, AND THE COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA REQUESTING AN APPORTIONMENT OF STATEWIDE LOCAL SHARE ASSESSMENT FUNDS AND AUTHORIZING A REPRESENTATIVE TO EXECUTE DOCUMENTS

BE IT RESOLVED, that the Borough of Bolivar of Westmoreland County, hereby requests a Statewide Local Share Assessment grant of $__656,000______ from the Commonwealth Financing Authority to be used for the South Market Street Sewer Project.

Be it FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Applicant does hereby designate __Lewis McLaughlin_________,

President of Borough Council and __Jeffery Miller_______ Vice President of Board Council as the official (s) to execute all documents and agreements between the Borough of Bolivar and the Commonwealth Financing Authority to facilitate and assist in obtaining the requested grant.

I, Patricia Betts, duly qualified Secretary of the Borough of Bolivar, Westmoreland County PA, hereby certify that the forgoing is a true and correct copy of a Resolution duly adopted by a majority vote of the Borough Council at a regular meeting held November ____6___ 2025 at 7:00 PM and said Resolution has been recorded in the Minutes of the Borough of Bolivar and remains in effect as of this date.
