Regulating Parking on

Borough Highways


Regulating Parking on Bolivar Borough Highways.

Be it enacted and ordained by the Borough of Bolivar and it is hereby enacted and ordained by the authority of the same that:

Section I. There shall be no parking of motor vehicles at anytime in the Borough of Bolivar in the following places.

a. On the Easterly side of Market Street between Railroad Street and Third Street.

b. On the Easterly side of Washington Street between Second Street and Sixth Street.

c. On the Easterly side of Lincoln Street between Fourth Street and Fifth Street.

d. On Second Street between Washington Street and Market Street.

Section II. In case of violations of this Ordinance there shall be a fine of $1.00 and costs for the first offense by any individual , and $2.00 and costs for all subsequent offenses.

Amendment to Ordinance # 35

At a meeting held on November 3, 1947 Ordinance # 35 was amended as follows:

No Parking on Westerly side of Second Street between Washington Street and Lincoln Street.

No Parking on Easterly side of Lincoln Street from Second Street to Fifth Street

No Parking on Easterly Side of Washington Street from Second to Eight Street.

No Parking on the Easterly side of Market Street from fifth Street to Sixth Street.
